Ingredients

  • red onion
    cilantro
    2-red peppers
    2-orange peppers
    2- green peppers
    2- yellow peppers
    2- habanero peppers (hot, hot)
    2- jalapeno's
    fresh garlic
    15 hard romo tomato's
    1-lime
    1-cup of white vinegar
    2 table spoons of salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    5-qt canning jars

Preparation Instructions

  • Ok ummm baby

    You will need a good knife that is sharp and a cutting board ,a measuring cup and a big bowl. Start by cutting all of the peppers up into very small pieces. Cleaning all the seeds out. same with he tomato's. just keep slicing and dicing. wash everything first of course. Mix up the vinegar, salt and sugar and pour into the bowl. cut and squeeze lime juice in if you want. mix up put in jars and get some chips and beer. It is better in a day or so as it sits in the jar with the vinegar. Dont plan on going anywhere they with smell your breath!
