We should be there as it is an out of town game but will be a toss up going to Hammond La or seeing you guys...lol. Although me and this KOA don’t get along very well.

Looking forward to seeing both you and Dolly again, George! But I think our paths may cross a few times before this rally!

Audra will be happy for this rally, She will get to see me one more weekend. The first weekend of November is when we interrupt our marriage for deer season and she doesn't get to see me on the weekends until Christmas.:)

We will be there and being newbies we already made reservations at the park for those dates. Not sure if that is how it works or not lol

Torquemule,

Glad to have you! If you have not already let the park know that you are with the Heartland Owners rally...you'll want to give them a call and verify that so that you get the correct rate and are also sited with our group.

Looking forward to meeting you!

I am new to this forum and I'm a new travel trailer owner! I am so excited to start going to rallies and meeting new people! How does one register for rallies and it is acceptable to go to a rally outside your chapter?
(I'm not even sure what Chapter I belong to)

Thanks for any advice and help!

Hello! To register for the rally you'll need to contact the park that the rally is being held at (in this case the Lake Conroe KOA) and make reservations for your stay and let the chapter leader (in this case, my husband and myself) know that you've made your reservations and they'll add you to the list on post #1.

As a club member you can attend any ANY rally you want in whatever chapter you'd like to attend.

Dana - when you applied, you selected Texas South as your home chapter. You'll love it there :)

As Kelly stated, you can attend any Heartland Chapter Rally that fits your travel plans.

BTW - we hope to assign club member numbers and send out welcome emails very soon.
