Furrion Oven and cooktops

We don’t have a furrion, an Atwood instead, but we use 2 fire bricks from the local hardware store (<$5) and a stove thermometer to maintain and adjust the temp with surprisingly good success. We use our gas oven frequently. More often than the convection. And they ride in the oven, slide around some but those bricks are 5 yrs old now.

When Furrion replaced our oven under warranty they replaced it with the new version. The temperature is SOOOO much accurate and when you open the oven door and put something in or check on it, the temperature does not drop nearly as drastic as the other one. We use a manual temperature gauge to check the accuracy of the digital display on the oven and the oven is always within a couple degrees of the manual gauge.
