Hello Heartlanders. Today, Monday, 4/23/18, I was traveling N on I 37 and just N of Mathis, Tx at a parking area is a Heartland Gateway. No truck or tow vehicle around. First saw it at 11am and it was still there at 5pm. If someone needs a little help moving it to a park or something, let me know.
