Fender skirt

I lost my fender skirt.!
So I call Heartland part s and they say I have to have a part # ?
I offered the last six of my vin #246324.
Now she says email me the part # ? I asked for someone else, then terminal ignore.
I've always been able to call with the last six of my vin and never a problem.
What is going on?

Did you have a brace that attached the bottom center of the skirt to the slide mechanism?

I was missing one when my fifth wheel was new. I sent for one and Heartland sent the wrong one. I went to the hardware store and purchased a thin bar stock of aluminum and bent it to fit. Worked for four and a half years.

I plan to manufacturer a new support for the fender as soon as I get home.
