ATF: Cyclone - Underbelly of toyhauler

Purchased Toyhauler used. Did not do thorough enough inspection. Come to find out previous owner had removed plastic cover from underbelly. There is now plywood holding fresh water tank in with transport straps tied down. Water lines, furnace lines are exposed. What do you recommend?

If you have plywood that means the previous owners removed OSB that was probably not the proper width and length and more then likely water soaked.
Or - he/she replaced the OSB before it failed.

You have none of the plastic "corroplast" covering the underbelly?
