Slide rollers

Well, mine broke. Opened kitchen slide and now floor laminate is torn. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!

Happened to me two weeks after my warranty was up. I replaced (2) rollers, added another and replaced the torn floor. Heartland wouldn't make it good, so the repair came at my expense.

Ya, Mama wants new floor now, different design. Hopefully insurance will cover it. Have extended warranty on trailer. Hopefully that will be covered too. AHHHHHHH!!!!!

Same thing just happened to us on our 2015 Landmark, waiting on parts from Heartland now and thankfully already had some extra flooring to fix.

So sorry to hear that. Maybe Heartland has an issue with rollers. Cheaply made brackets. Who knows.
