What is a KD4000?

We just purchased as KD4000. Not HD, nor 4000 Elite. It says KD Edition under the red Cyclone on the nose. We've searched and searched, and not found a single result.
It is a 2016 model.

Since it has been 3 days since you posted, and no one has an answer for you, I would suggest you call Heartland at the number on the forum portal page top left corner.

I may have to. On the front of the nose of the RV it says KD Edition, but all the paperwork says HD2000.

Have your VIN at hand when calling Heartland for anything.

BTW, according to recent posts, Heartland service is now open on Saturdays, so you may be able to call them today.

If you purchased it used, perhaps the previous owner altered the HD to KD to match is initials. Just taking a shot here.
