The touchpad for my LCI leveling system occasionally won't turn off or on immediately. Sometimes it takes several minutes of pushing the on/off button to get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem?

Since you have a 2015 BH, I assume you're talking about the control panel inside the basement storage. You might check the back to see if the connectors are fully seated. If it's mounted to the raceway for plumbing to the bedroom, you may have to take that down to get to the backside.
