I 75 in Detroit

We are heading south in the next 2 weeks. We are crossing the border from Canada into the US across the ambassador bridge. Wondering if I 75 S/B is open yet from the bridge south. Conflicting or old info on the internet.

I-75 South still closed you will need to take 94 or 96

I-75 south has one lane open as of 12-11. If you hit it in late AM or early PM it is a very short delay

You could take I 94 west to US 23 at Ann Arbor and the take 23 south to Toledo and back to 75. That’s what do from that area. It’s a great way to beat traffic.
Ps I hate Toledo 😡

That would be a good route. US-23 is a freeway and normally moves pretty good south of I-94. You can pick up I-75 southbound just past Maumee after you cross the Ohio River.
