A search will bring up numerous threads about wax, and protecting your RV. This is an oft discussed topic and the results are pretty much the same with each discussion In addition there are usually related topics at the bottom of the page under "related topics".

    Re: Wax recommended

I had an 05 jayco 23b hybrid that looked only a year or 2 old. I kept under a metal carport and i used spray wax before every trip, especially on the front. I used eagle 1 wax as u dry. I also used some of the turtle wax ice , seem to work as well.

We just bought a new heartland Mallard m27. I will pick it up saturday. I am considering using Klasse sealant ( acrylic sealant) on it right off the bat, with spray wax over it. I have always heard that waxes with petroleum content can cause the decals to shrink over time.

    Anyone else use a sealant?
