Update 5/11: Tickets are available for this event.

If you would like to purchase 1 or more tickets, email Julie Hancock
club@heartlandowners.org with your name, the event name and the number of tickets you would like to purchase. Only available tickets will be sold. When an event is sold out you will be placed on a wait list in case of cancellations.

Welcome to the 2019 North American Heartland Owners “Pre-Rally”!

Here’s another Pre-Rally event for you to consider. We’ve arranged for up to 85 people to visit the nearby Cook’s Bison Ranch for a private tour and lunch.

Details
Who: Any Pre-Rally attendee (registration required)
What: Cook’s Bison Ranch Tour and Lunch
When: Sunday, June 9th - Arrive at 11 am, eat around 12 pm and leave around 1 pm
Where: 5645 E 600 S, Wolcottville, IN – 260-854-3297
Cost: $22 per adult / $15 per child (12 and under) rate includes tour, meal, tax and gratuity
Tickets: Event tickets will be produced and will be in an envelope in your rally bag

REQUIRED: BRING YOUR TICKETS!

Transportation will be “on your own”. You may go ahead on your own or follow in the caravan.

Please plan to double up in your quad cab trucks so we minimize the parking footprint at the ranch. If you don’t know anyone that is going, consider looking for another couple in the parking lot in front of the rally hall that may have room for you or offer your back seats to others you see traveling solo.

A map to the ranch is on the back of this page. Please arrive by 11 am.

BRING YOUR TICKETS as they will be collected by the Tour Coordinator at lunch.

Maps to the homes are included in the flier for this activity. The transportation plan is to travel there in our own trucks. Parking is limited. Please do your best to take 4 per truck.

Travel Time
It’s about a 50-minute drive. Those following the Tour Coordinator should be queued up in front of the rally hall by 9:50 am and ready to leave the Fairgrounds at 10 am.

Bring the map with you as it’s likely the caravan will get broken up along the route. It is your responsibility to get to Cook’s Bison Ranch by 11 am. Do not rely solely on the Tour Coordinator and the caravan.

Tour Coordinator: David Lippe / cell: 319-321-2381‬

This was certainly a hit with our family. We were up close with the bison and our three kids had a blast feeding them!

Thanks for your feedback on this. We debated whether to repeat this so soon but it was very well attended last time as we had so many first time Goshen attendees. Not knowing how many first timers we'll have this year, we decided to risk it and offer it again. Unsure if we offered a child rate for the ranch in 2017 but we have one this year! Hope you can go again.

Jim, when can we start signing up for these pre-rally events? After we get registered for the rally?

Great question - thanks Gus.

All pre-rally activities that require a sign-up will be done at the time of rally registration. So, March 1, Noon Central.

The bison ranch was fun. In 2017, we road in one of three wagons. One of which was designed to look like a constanoga wagon.

The kids enjoyed the bison coming up to the wagons.

As we get closer to registration, Be sure to consider the Cooks bison ranch tour!

We had a lot of fun the last time we went and we plan to go again.

The kids said it was a must do this year when we asked them what to do during the rally. The asked if the tour was going to be available and are excite to attend the rally again.
