Sorry I can't help you with the visual inspection, but those are not theatre seating. They are the standard, uncomfortable swivel recliners. From the posted photos it looks pretty good.

We were in a similar situation not all that long ago. Living in Indiana, and finding a lightly used landmark in Texas. My DW found a advertised company that does professional RV inspections, obviously for reasonable fee. He would take hundreds of photos, and do a very thorough inspection/ PDI for you.

We ended up finding a better deal, on another unit somewhat closer to home, but this service was I thought a great way to vet out a remote unit w/o making a drive just to look.

This service was based in Texas, but I am sure they could be had elsewhere.
