2019 Pioneer p3155 water heater bypass valves

I have spent the better part of the day searching for any access port to my hot water heater valves. The wh is situated in the bottom of the pantry closet that has a slide on both sides of it. I found the water pump and valve for the freshwater tank for that but no where can I access the tank. Selling dealer couldn’t even tell me. I have water flowing thru hot and cold but nothing coming into the tank. Any help is gladly appreciated
