2017 heartland Sundance 3700 RLB- consistent hot water issues

Hello everyone!
We are new recently new RV owners and we are having Hot water issues. When we take a shower we noticed that about every 10 seconds it goes from hot to cold?

Does anyone have any suggestions on why this would be happening?

Be certain that the water heater bypass (winterizing) valves are in the correct on/off positions.
Also if you have an outside shower make sure that both faucets ore in the off position.

Yes I’ve checked that and they seem to be in the correct location. Anything else you can think that would cause this?

Is this on city water or tank water

If you have the 3 valve bypass, the crossover valve needs to be closed. You should double check.
