2109 Pioneer Under Trailer Lights Issue

We just bought a 2019 Pioneer BH250. The remote works to change the awning lights, but we can't get the undermount lights to change colors. Camping World is not being a help and I can't find any answers online. Can someone help? Thank you!

Welcome to the forum! My rig doesn't have undermount lights, so I'm purely speculating here... I know the remote for awning lights has to be pointed towards the IR reviever. May have to find the reciever for the undermount lights and try it with the remote close by.

We have a 2018 and the underbody lights don't change, only red. Sorry....

Only red under my 2019 RD210.

Our 2019 bh250 only has red as well
