folding chairs

has anyone had trouble with the folding chairs cracking and breaking?
the vendor seems to have missed the center of the legs with their fasteners.
the fasteners on the legs on both my folding chairs are close to the edge of the wood and split and broke.
thanks for any comments.

I would email heartland warranty with the last six of your Vin and some pictures showing the defect and damage area

Both of ours in our early 2017 BH3575el have broken. They used no wood glue on the wooden dowels. I rebuilt one this winter while in Arizona and will have to work on the other next winter. We left them there in our park model. Costco at times has a nice compact folding chair that is seasonal. Thanksgiving and Christmas I believe. Chris
