We have a 2019 Cyclone 4270 and yesterday we noticed a drip at the bottom corner of what I believe is the seal that wraps down each side and under the end cap that runs behind the Pin Box.
Looking closer, and checking the other side also has moisture and the seal has pulled away a little bit. As we check along the seal we notice the seal is pretty much open the whole way across. I have a hard time believing this is the actual seal as it has very little adhesive properties and I think it is just decorative, a secondary seal......or at least I hope it is a secondary seal, because it is a pretty weak seal.
Also the black covering inside the Pin Box area is not adhered like the sides are. I am assuming it is not supposed to be.
Called Heartland, but they are closed for the holiday, will try them again on Tuesday, just wanted to see if anybody has experience or input regarding this...………I will attempt to attach photos.
