Has anyone experienced having to change out your tv in a landmark? Ours broke on the way here (it came loose from the holding mechanism) and no longer works? We have purchased a new TV but wondering if anyone has had experience replacing it? We have talked to service an they do not have time, so looking for any tips, or help we can get? Thank you

The brackets change all the time, but it's usually just a matter of unscrewing the mounting bracket from the back of the TV. Brackets usually have lots of slots and holes to fit any TV's mounting holes.

Easier if 1 person holds the TV while the other works on the screws.

Yours is not the first I have heard of where the swing mount allowed the TV to be damaged during travel.
I recommend that you install a strap to hold the TV in place if the latch lets go.

Peace

On our 365, that mechanism that holds the TV, makes me wonder why it hasnt failed yet. Its bolted to the cabinets on one side, and I can assume it gets bounced a lot as the rig goes down the road.
