Don't know if anyone has seen this happen, but every time the A/C turns on I get like Styrofoam pieces coming out of the air vents. Any ideas?.

Is it actual styrofoam? Or ice, if it melts?

If this just started on a 2015 RV, there could be something disturbing the styrofoam, like an unwanted critter.

Find it hard as to how it got in there....but not ruling it out.

The entire roof panel is made of foam blocks with an aluminum structure. Our big horn, and now our landmark both blow out wood and small foam balls everytime the air is run. Pretty much the norm for these rigs.
