I saw your post sitting unanswered for 2 days, so I thought I would try to help.

My first thought would be to replace any splitters in the wiring with high quality satellite approved ones. You may have a heck of a time in locating these splitters; have you looked at the coax layout guides in the Heartland Forum Manuals Library? (See the "Tools" tab at the top of each Forum page). I have heard of them being behind the UDC, and in the wall behind the OTA TV amplifier wallplate.

Looking on E-Bay the 3 input splitters in the $5 range seem OK.

A poor splitter may have DC ground paths, causing DC voltage loss.

Personally, I got tired of fighting the trailer internal wiring, and have been bringing my Dish antenna cable in through a window/screen and connecting it DIRECTLY to the satellite receiver input for years.
