If so, these are called 'EZ Lift' vents.

The MaxxAireII vent covers won't work on these, either...unless you make your own mounting brackets!

I replaced a bathroom fan like that with a Fantastic Fan on our Bighorn. Much better.

I actually like my EZ Lift vent. It’s easy to open and close and I don’t need a motorized open/closer. The little fan works just fine for removing vapor from a hot shower. I have a Fantastic Fan cover over it so I leave it open most of the time to have some ventilation in case of a carbon monoxide leak.
