Slide seals

Took off the old ones and am ready to put on new ones. The old wiper seals had screws ever foot! All I have read says no screws in wiper and only 2 in bulb. How should I go back in with new ones?

If it's the double wiper seal it should have adhesive strip on the outside and screws on the inside.
