Electrical outlets on island

Was wondering why my electrical boxes on my island , have no power, also outlets on outside of coach same , they are marked gfi protected , would this issue be because I’m useing 30amp power &not 50 ? Everything else works fine, my unit is a brand new2016 landmark key west

If they are marked GFI protected then it sounds like your GFI is tripped. It may be located in the bathroom.
Reset it.
On edit, everything that could be considered a "wet location" will be protected by the GFI. This would include outside, kitchen, bath and basement.
