Valves working open

Hello,
I have had one gray and one black tank valve work open on a short drive, about 200 miles.

I have verified they are closed as we leave and they are open by the time we stop.

Any insights into what is going on is appreciated.

Have you used these valves before without issue?? Are you certain the cables are connected to the valves in the underbelly ??

This has happened one other time, the last trip.

This time I checked and double checked before leaving and they were closed when we left and when we got there. Same thing when we left to come home checked and double checked, open when we got home.

I pulled the under belly lining down last night to verify they were connected, they are.

Hello,

Are the cables binding or possibly in a position that with road vibration they move around and open the valve? I had a similar issue in that I could open the valves after travel due to binding cable. A couple TyWraps and attached to nearby framing member they then worked fine.

Just a thought you might have the opposite happening.
