How to open emergency windows

I just read about problems with closing emergency windows, I need to know how to open them.

Open the latch and push.

I tryed to open ours last month from the inside No Go. Went outside with window unlocked and pryed with a screw driver. Window was stuck to the gasket.Most likely never opened since installed.

You need to first open the latch, usually it is at the bottom, well, or at least for me, and after that you will have access until the window opens. You need to make a little effort and it opens
