Norco electric bed slideout

I have a 2014 Big Horn 3570RS with a Norco electric bed slide. The motor or gear box is making an awful noise and I have to help it in and out. I looked under the mattress plywood for an opening to get to the units but see a metal box there with no access. Anybody know how to get to them??

The under bed storage compartment on our 2014 3010 has a false bottom. If you pull
a couple screws it should lift out and expose the motor.

Our Norco motor/gearbox in below the bed (next to floor). In the under bed storage is an access panel in the storage wall closest to the motor/gearbox. If it’s not there, cut one in. This is what I bought last month.
