Extend the drawer fully, then look at the slides on either side of the box. You should see a black tab on both sides. Press one up and the other down as you pull the drawer out. Those are the releases for the slide mechanism. You may have to give the drawer a little tug to release it from the slide.

Look for a plastic lever on each side that needs to be pressed. I recall one gets pressed up and the other down.
