Slide shutting up on inside wall

How is this problem in pictures adjusted I have checked to make sure nothing is trapped at the top. Fridge side is about 1 1/8 away at the top and at the bottom a 1/4 other end of the slide is about 5/8 at top and at the bottom a 1 1/8 looks to be a twist.

Go underneath the slide at the outside edge and you'll see the adjustments at either end. You can raise either end and adjust how much each end goes in or out. Between those adjustments you should be able to make it right. It's not too hard. I think there might be some literature on the HOM or HUG.

Might not be from an adjustment. Check the gears underneath for a broken or chipped tooth. Check for loose components. Check along the outside edge of the slide where the rack arms attach to make sure nothing is bent or twisted.
