Just installed the 5 th step on my Torklift steps. I was just on the edge of 4 or 5 steps. Needed the 5 step. Contacted Candace at Torklift and with no hesitation was sent the add a step to correct the problem . Again Thank you Torklift International for your great customer support .

On our Cyclone 4005, Torklift specified the 4 step model. But with 4 steps we had either a very high first step, or a very high last step into the door - over 10 inch step up versus the standard 7 inches. So we also added the optional 5th step. In some situations it might be a bit too much, but we like it. I removed the levelers from the bottom step in this photo to have all the steps more level.
