I loose power but if I shake the cable under the slide it will be restored. That is until I put the slide back in and out again. I just do not know where to look under the slide for a loose connection....2011 Big Country 3250 TS...

There should be an electrical box about 3.5 x 3.5 attached to the frame under your slide.
It will have 120 volt and 12 volt wires in it so be sure to disconnect from shore power before opening up the box.
I would start there looking for loose wire connections.
You may also have a broken wire in the cable you are shaking.

Peace

Did you check the 12 volt fuses in the fuse box? The lights and Jensen unit might be on different circuits.
