TV mount in a Arlington

Who makes the swingout TV mount in the Arlington looking for installation handbook? I have a new LG 55" tv to install to replace the one that was stolen and there is no placement holes to suite. Does one drill out the rivets and move the uprights?

I have the new LG UM installed the new one has depth dimension of 3.4ins and the old one is at 2.2ins.What I did to get it to fit was move the two horizontal bars from the front of the upright hinge bar to the back to gain the new depth then packed out the difference to make the screen all most flush with the wood work.
Where does Heartland install the Blue Ray player in this coach?
