Blackstone instead of RVQ?

Has anyone found a way to mount a blackstone on the grill mount instead of the RVQ? Thinking a blackstone would be far more versatile.

What is that thing called? And would it work with the fold down bumper tray? I’m worried whatever supports that won’t work since we have the tray.

If I understand correctly, you already have a Bumper mount like this below, correct?. The other pick is the BBQ that came with the Trailer. I purchased the grill platform online (Amazon) and the 22” Griddle from Camping World. A17” Griddle fits the platform exactly… I modified my 22” Griddle fit the bottom to of the platform and still work with the stand that it came with…
