Freezer is cold but fridge is not

My Norcold refrigerator was working fine but suddenly the refrigerator comportment is not cooling at all, the freezer is still frozen. Any ideas?

First thing to check is the flap in between the 2 refrigerator compartment doors. If it doesn't move smoothly, it may stay open when you close the doors, allowing warm air into the fridge compartment.
