Cracked rubber Morryde 3000

I just bought this 2018 Big Country 3560 last July I used it once around 30 miles from my home

Not normal. I’ve had my CRE3000 for a year now and no signs of wear. My old OEM equalizer cracked like that though.

You wouldn't think but I received this email from them.

According to the engineers, the bolts do not need to be replaced. They can just be un-installed then re-installed. He also stated that we’ve only seen this happen a few times and doesn’t necessarily need to be replaced as the system is holding load properly. As a goodwill gesture, we can send you a replacement CRE kit and replacement lock nuts for the bolts as those cannot be reused.
