Mounting tv in a 2020 Pioneer bh175

I have a 2020 pioneer bh175. It did not come with a tv, but says I can put one up. The dealer told me there is a backing panel made of osb. I have a 24 inch, 5.73lb tv I want to install. Can I use a mount with a swing arm? If so, should I use wall anchors for stability?

You can install a swivel mount on the backer board in the wall. But if you do, be sure to also install some method of strapping it down for travel.

If it was me I would not use anchors, just screws.
One thing that many people do is stain or cover a piece of plywood, attach their mount to the plywood then mount the plywood to the wall.
You can really get your TV mounted securely to the plywood, then you can mount the plywood to the backer with more than the 4 screws of the mount into just the backer board.
That would be my choice.

Yea! What Cookie said. That's how I did both TV's and one is on a swivel. No issues and I'v traveled from east to west coast.
