I recently purchased a Landmark Savannah. Hot water runs on 120 & 12v. Last time I used the 120 to heat the water, no issues. Now it won’t h at the water. But the 12v does. When I turn the rocker switch to 120, it lights up but again, no heat. Can’t understand what’s wrong. Any suggestions?

Assuming you have a Suburban water heater, rather than guess, if you have a volt-ohm meter, our owner-written Water Heater Troubleshooting Guide will step you through how to find the problem.

BTW: The 12 volts DOES NOT HEAT the water. It runs controlling circuitry on a PROPANE flame water heating system.
