Our 2015 Big Country 3900 FLP - awning brackets...

Hello all,

I'm in the market for replacement awning brackets for my Big Country as mine got damaged during high winds. Anyone know where I may order a new set? The awning itself escaped damage.

Can you post a picture of the brackets you are looking for?

Call Heartland's parts department and have your VIN number ready for them. They can tell you the make and model of your awning. Also, the make and model of the awning should be on a sticker. From there you should be able to look up parts for that awning. I did not have the awning model on my current awning, but found it on the manufacture's web site. All parts and numbers were listed. Form there you can check the web such as amazon for the parts or order them directly form the manufacture.

Thank you for the replies. I am planning to be at the BC tomorrow (Sunday) and will get some photos of the brackets. We've had our 5er in storage for more than a year and have a lot of repairs and cleaning to do on her.
