Island Lights

Just purchased a new 5er with and island and hanging lights. A friend told me they are prone to falling due to way....anyone have recommendations for what to replace them with?

You're saying they are falling due to their weight?
I have a 2016 3270RS BH with the island lights and have never had an issue. I don't believe they are that heavy, If I'm understanding you right, I wouldn't fix something that isn't broke unless you just want a different fixture. Every new rig has its Gremlins. There is going to be plenty of minor repairs to be made sooner or later. Just because one rig has an issue due to a bad build doesn't mean your rig will have the same issue also. Yeah what Lil guy says. Second rig with pendant lights over island. Almost 70K miles. Still hanging
