Take down TV in 3760

I need to plug a optical cable ( for my bluetooth box) into the back of the TV. I cannot figure out how to get the thing off the wall.

On our Road Warrior it is on the bottom of the TV you have to use a mirror to see the 2 screws. Once the screws are loosen then tip up and lift off the TV.
I did an easier method and found the screws holding the backing board in place. I took the whole unit off then flipped it over and it was easier getting the TV off.

on my 3760 i replaced tv with sony and added sound bar below it - there are 2 ang brackets at bottom of tv - screwed to backwall and bottom of tv - unscrew and tv will lift off -

i added swing out tv bracket for future and use the same screws at bottom for extra support
