2016 3760el what are these switches for?

The bottom picture is for your front storage compartment light. There is a switch on the light also, it needs to be on for that switch to work the light.

As for the first picture it is probably for the light behind your entry steps.

i have 2017 same model - no switch down by breakers - bur have same one up by other switches- unlabeled as well - as said - it works small orange marker light behind stairs under door
