What kind of material is my roof

I am wanting to do a good job of cleaning my roof and taking care of it. As I was researching cleaning products several mentioned you need to know what your roof is made of. I have looked everywhere but, have not been able to find the actual term.

I have a 2016 3875FB Big Horn - I know the roof is rubber but what from there? Any tips on cleaning and sealing would be helpful.

I use dawn detergent and a cup of bleach in a 5 gallon bucket. Works great.
Just make sure you rinse it really well.

X2, been doing this method for 20 plus years and works GREAT.

Just remember with the dawn and bleach, you will have to wax your rig as well. Does a great job of removing the wax as well.

2 days ago, we used Dawn on the CY roof...used a semi-stiff bristled brush and did small areas once to cut most of the chalkyness, then a round two with same brush. Followed up with a soft bristle brush for a quick third time and for all plastics and solar panels. The sides were a mess, so used Dawn to wash the entire trailer.

IMO, this using Dawn stripping of wax is WAY blown out of proportion. We don't feel it had taken any wax.
