Wiper Seals

I have an M26 Mallard. The inside and outside wiper seals have separated from the track and have torn as the slide moved in and out. Has anyone replaced these wiper seals. If so, what was the part number from Heartland? Was it easy to do or did you have to take it to a service center to do the job?
