We have run into a situation where our gray water line has become disconnected from the tank. Does anyone know what the best glue to use would be? Silicone?

Black ABS tank and black ABS pipe? Use ABS cement only. Clean and coat both inside of tank hub and outside of pipe with ANS cement, press together and hold for 2 minutes or so. It may try to push out or apart as the glue expands the ABS.
