Ramp door

We have a 2015 cyclone model 3110,looking for anyone that redid the floor of the ramp, ours is warped.

How is it warped?

Is it soft at all?

Just curious being a 2015 is the ramp a Lippert door? We have a 2018 Road Warrior and the ramps are made by Challenger. Heartland switched manufacture of ramps but not sure when. During the rally in June 2019 we were told they switched to Challenger brand because of issues with the Lippert.
But if you decide to replace in lieu of repair you may find a complete door at a surplus place, but the shipping cost may be high.
While in Goshen in October we went to Bontragers RV Surplus in White Pigeon, they had some doors there. Also Rainbow Variety in Goshen had some ramp doors sitting there as well.
