Hi, does anyone know what the coupler height is when trailer is level on a 2016 mallard M28? I am going to find a level spot to measure it but was hoping there is a spec for specific trailer coupler heights as a reference.

Hi,
I called Heartland and they told me anywhere between 18-20in should be fine for my m28. I ended up getting a drop shank that allowed me to get about a 6in drop and that got me to about 19-20in when hooked up to my 2021 Silverado 2500HD.
