Hello, we’re going to be making our first trip in our new 189MB trailer. Can you recommend a good site/location for a beginner to stay at? We’re anxious to get started but are hoping to dip our toes in a little bit at a time to get used to the process. Thanks

Hi Buck,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

Where are you starting and where are you going?

Buck, Just up the hwy from you is Camp Verde! Wonderful place to stay and great food at the casino.
It is a short drive for you and will give you the opportunity you are looking for. We have had a couple of
AZ Rally's there. Check it out.

Welcome to the group from Gallup, NM., for now. We left Verde Valley, Thousand Trails park, last Friday. Then traveled to Show low and stayed at Venture In, an Encore park.
The Verde Valley park is nice we were in the new section up on top and had room. The lower sections are a bit more close to each other but it is nice and clean park. Right down the road, next to I-17 is Verde Ranch, did not go in but it looks nice and clean park. But like said Camp Verde is a beautiful area.
