10" mattress with adjustable bed?

Does anyone use a 10" memory foam mattress with a king size tilting bed?

Yes we have one as you descirbe, no issues with the bed other than it doe not like 2 adults laying on it to raise, jsut have to sit up for it to raise properly but other than that there is not issue.
