UPDATE: We did purchase this 5ver toy hauler and it needed a little work as expected. We took our first trip with it with our 2019 Ram 3500 dually this last weekend. I ordered new tires for it but they did not come in time, so we had a blowout, but I was ready for it. Couple of things I did find is the plug for the fireplace was fried and the shower light was out. All in all a great 5 day weekend trip with the trike in Northern Wisconsin. Here are a few pictures.

Thank you for all the suggestions, we think we got it for a really good price.

We will be inspecting this 5th wheel Friday for purchase 8 hours away.

Good, bad or ugly? It looks like a very well-maintained trailer.

Anything special to look for when we do the inspection?

Previous owners any ideas?

Look at the suspension, make sure the welds are good.
Check the tires, especially the date codes. If old, try to work a deal on reduce price to cover the cost of new tires.
Look at the corners at the slide-outs, make sure no cracks or damage.
Check the ramp and make sure it is strong and not soft.
Check the bed lift, make sure it works.
Also, don't forget the roof, especially all the sealant around the edges and vents.

Certainly check the ramp and garage floor for soft spots. I know 3 different cyclone owners with failures there. Also look for soft spots in the corners of the slide outs. Another area of flooring issues in any camper
If it’s a tri-axle, closely inspect the welds on the rear spring hangers. Another known area of concern
Happy camping

Advise you download a copy of this Pre Delivery Inspection checkout list.

Inform the seller/dealer that you expect shorepower electrical service, and city water supply to be connected. Also propane should be filled and connected to check out furnace, water heater, 2 way refrigerator, and stovetop/oven.
Thank you, great PDI list. I will be using Friday!
