This RV is priced low because of hail on the roof and rubber seals needing replacement on the slide-outs. There is no damage inside and there is no damage to the fiberglass on the outside and it's always been non smoking. It could probably use a coat of Dicor rubber roof sealant. The mileage on this RV is very, very low. We didn't travel much. It's 41.7ft. with 4 slides/King size bed and Automatic level for easy set up. I had back surgery and can no longer get up on a ladder. My balance is not good at all anymore, or I would fix it. This RV was used as an office (there are 3 fold up tables) and 2 recliners. Its the Landmark San Antonio model. I have the original clean title
